AGREEMENT TERMS OF ACCEPTANCE FOR SERVICES:

Submitted payment constitutes the customer has read, understands, agrees with, and complies with the following terms and conditions. 

Booking Policy:  Copy of current driver's license (DL) required; send to octaviawhite68@gmail.com. Paint sessions are confirmed booked when full payment is received via the following payment methods and DL submitted.  All painting materials, including canvas, are provided.  Each 2-hour session is limited to 8 guests.

• Payment Methods: (1) CashApp: $Octavianmnwhite  (2) Venmo: Octavia-White-20

Private Party Policy:

• Party Size:  Limited to maximum 8 painting guest and 8 non-painting guests.

• Duration:  Paint party sessions can vary from 2-2.5 hours long.

• Deposit and Cancellation: An $80 deposit is due when booking your private paint party.  Once your deposit is received, your party is confirmed on our calendar.

• Please note the remaining balance is due 24-hours prior to the party date.  The $80 deposit is nonrefundable should you cancel the event; the remaining balance will be refunded within 5 business days via the payment method used.

• Should an unforeseen event occur resulting in our having to cancel an event, you have the option to reschedule the event or receive a full refund within 24 hours by the same payment method.

• What’s Included: All painting materials, including canvas, are provided; we serve as your host and cleanup.

• What to Bring: You are welcome to bring decorations, snacks, cake, individually contained non-alcoholic drinks, and utensils/paper products.  You may arrive 30 minutes prior to the paint session to setup.  Decorations may only be affixed to walls using painter’s tape.  We are happy to assist you. 

Safety Policy:  No weapons, violence, drugs, alcohol, smoking, or profanity are permitted at any time. We want everyone to have a safe, enjoyable experience at all times.  We reserve the right to refuse service and request anyone leave the premises who does not comply with this policy and without refund. All staff/volunteers are required to pass a criminal background check. 

Health Policy:  If you are experiencing any health symptoms from COVID, flu, colds or any other contagious or transferable diseases, please reschedule when you are feeling your best so everyone can enjoy the experience.  We will do the same.  Cameras 

Dress Policy:  Please wear casual clothing you don't mind getting paint on or dirty.  We do have aprons; however, accidents happen.

Adult Supervision Policy:  Children must always be accompanied by an adult (18 years or older).  We offer designated accommodations for adults to wait for their child, however, adults are welcome to purchase a session with their child. Please note adults are responsible for helping their child stay focused, as needed. If your child has difficulty maintaining attention or becomes disruptive during the paint session, we kindly recommend waiting until they are better able to participate.  We want a pleasant experience for everyone.

Photo Policy:  You agree to give permission to Pristine Art Works (‘Lil Pal Paint Parties) to photograph paint sessions for use as marketing on their website, printed materials, digital and/or electronic materials or mediums unless otherwise requested in writing and emailed to Octavia White at octaviawhite68@gmail.com. Participant names will never be published, transferred, sold or released to any 3rd party and will be treated as strictly confidential.
